LogiKal was initially engaged to support Perth Transport Authority on the Forrestfield Airport Link project in an Advisory capacity during the Transaction phase. The scope of the engagement was to advice the client, developing the supply chain requirements through the procurement process to deliver a step change in the way the AUD$2b Forrestfield Airport Link project was procured, managed and delivered. Once their Advisory engagement was completed, LogiKal’s role moved into an ongoing Managed Service, whereby they provided the clients Project Management Office for the Forrestfield Airport Project. LogiKal was responsible for implementing and operating the clients Project Controls team, including planning, cost, risk and change management. LogiKal also implemented automated dashboard reporting to improve efficiency and minimize resource requirements during each reporting cycle. LogiKal successfully delivered the PMO processes, systems and capability required to ensure robust oversight was in place for the client to manage the delivery risk and improve the likelihood of success.
